Once your order is placed on our website, our team begins processing it as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges

At Bellenzy, we keep our shipping policy simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,400. A flat Rs. 200 delivery charge applies to orders below Rs. 3,400.

There are zero hidden charges. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay for your order.

From time to time, Bellenzy may also offer free shipping promotions, discount campaigns, or special delivery offers. These offers may be available for a limited time and may depend on order value, location, or selected products.

Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery is available for your order, you can pay the courier when your parcel arrives. (Zero hidden charges)

Please keep the exact amount ready to make the delivery process quicker and smoother. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may contact you or attempt delivery again according to their policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or courier update, depending on the delivery method used.

Delivery Attempts

If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
